Who are we?
The ALFA Fundación seeks to promote social mobility by identifying and educating gifted students from communities in the Monterrey metropolitan area, in Mexico.
It seeks to offer quality education that will lead students to graduate with a university degree and be prepared to be upstanding professionals.

Management Team
Julia Moreira Ridsdale
Joined ALFA in 2006. Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Masters’ in Management from Stanford University. PhD in Financial Economics from ESADE, Barcelona.
Alejandro Jiménez Garrido
Joined ALFA Fundación in 2023. Bachelor's in International Finance and Master's in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey, and Master's in Leadership and Management of Educational Centers from Universidad Internacional de la Rioja.
David Cárdenas González
Joined ALFA Fundación in 2015. Graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Master's Degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey Virtual University.
History
2012
In line with its commitment to society and convinced that education is a key factor for social mobility, ALFA begins structuring the ALFA Fundación educational project.
2013
The first After-School Center opens its doors in the Ferrocarrilera neighborhood, in Monterrey.
2014
The San Nicolás and Escobedo Extra-academic Centers are inaugurated.
2015
The first class of the ALFA Fundación High School begins its studies.

114 students complete their university studies, adding up to 162 graduates throughout the history of ALFA Fundación.
